Anjali Gupta helps design, develop, and implement programs, all the while helping to drive forward the organization’s approaches and sculpturing their policies, maintaining a hawk-eye on the BBF cultural code in all their workings while partnering with other like-minded organizations and individuals, conducting audits and reflecting & reviewing results. She helps BBF document and self-reflect on their work as the organization along with its partners & stakeholders strives towards achieving the empowerment of people through authentic work-scope leading to their sustainable self- reliance.
